Pacific Skies Realty is a brand new real estate company formed by two experienced partners and an experienced sales professional, sharing a clear objective: to do real estate transactions with the upmost of professionalism and taking care of peoples investments with a high level of integrity.

After working in different businesses arenas and different places, this team came together and realized they have the same philosophy of doing things the right way, they made a decision: to start a company doing business in a way that people will like. And this team is composed of:

Architect Héctor Pastor Cruz González - Partner

Hector was born in Mazatlán and after a very active childhood and teenagehood he studied architecture at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México where he graduated with honors. He has continued his professional education with studies in Urban Design, Construction, Organization, Financing and post graduated studies in appraisals. He returned to Mazatlán in 1973 and since then he has excelled in a professional career, highly regarded socially and a true family man.

He has been president of many professional organizations and now owns and heads consortium Grupo Beamaz, which includes five corporations dedicated to architecture, construction, urban development and developments for major investment groups.

Armando Ríos R.M.A.- Partner

• Born:  March 20th 1950 in Tucson Arizona, U.S.
• English as 1st language/Spanish as 2nd language.
• Dual citizen U.S./Mexico.
• Market familiarity/30 years visiting and living in Mazatlan.

EDUCATION:

• Tucson Unified School System-Grades 1-12; graduated High school 1967.
• University on Arizona-School of Engineering and School of Business and Public Administration.
• Brodsky’s School of Real Estate, 1980.
• Licensed in State on Arizona (1/12/1994) License number SA103AA7000.
• Tucson Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors since 1994 (TAR agent number 4464)

MAJOR WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Licensed real estate agent (1994-present) Position: Full time sales and listing agent acquiring numerous prestigious sales awards including; Chairman’s Club/Long Realty Company and President’s Club/REMAX. 1st real estate agent to work with foreign national financing program (Finance Mexican National to buy U.S. real estate).
• Carefree Mortgage (2007-present) Position: Mexico Loan Specialist. In April opened local Mazatlan market registering over 80 local real estate agents as Carefree partners for them to provide direct application of mortgages for Americans and Canadians (Call Rios/”big yellow” campaign) Interviewed most major project developers/sales managers in Mazatlan. Carefree Mortgage is the Mexican subsidiary of Nova Home Loans, which is the number one mortgage banker in southern Arizona. Ray Desmond, president and founder of both Nova and Carefree for over 25 years, under whose mentorship I have been for the past year, has allowed me to establish a relationship which gives me the most profound and informative picture of the Mazatlan’s real estate market from Estrella del Mar (South) to Diamond Beach (North). This picture will be a unique advantage in the sales, marketing and financing of properties in Mazatlan over my esteemed competitors!.

Lic. Ricardo Angulo González - Exclusive sales agent

The youngest member of the team moved to Mazatlán eight years ago, planning to develop a career in tourism after more than 15 years of experience in sales. Surprised with the beauty of Mazatlán, he fell in love at first sight…so he decided to start promoting this fascinating port by developing the website www.go2mazatlan.com, which is a part of one of the biggest tourist portals on the internet www.go2mexico.com, where after 4 years he has the largest group of advertising links outside the home group of Puerto Vallarta. This gave him the opportunity to establish relationships with the majority of the real estate offices in Mazatlán. During that period he made contact with Mr. Rios and started the Carefree project, talking to every realtor in town and establishing the biggest Carefree partner´s list in México, which includes over 80 real estate agents, brokers and developers.
